I don't see why it shouldn't be part of the album proper. It seems like it was cut originally for space reasons? But it's been on every release for a long time. And being in the middle of the album makes it feel like a regular song.

listening to Lord of All Fevers and Plague makes me want to go out and slaughter random people. that chorus is just fucking classic. it's one of my all time favorite death metal songs

I went with Maze of Torment because I think it's the most balanced song on the album. Although I think Chapel of Ghouls has the best chorus:

Demons, attack...with hate!!!

As for the soloing, my favorite solo on the album is actually the last one on Evil Spells. That last solo sounds so otherwordly and twisted, that it can't be beat.
