That's the one I haven't heard yet. Will do.Martyre is good as well

GR isn't happy, it's just ridiculously overproduced
except that "The Baying of the Hounds" and the majority of "Reverie/Harlequin Forest" are two of the best songs Opeth has written since Blackwater Park
Typical, since they've become popular Im going to tell everyone the first two albums are the best response.
Bullshit. You don't know the first thing about production or sound or anything so stfu. The production is excellent - far better than any of their previous works besides BWP.
Indeed. Ghost of Perdition and Grand Conjuration are both awesome as well.
Yeah. Ghost Reveries is fucking amazing. Opeth are far better now than they were before. They are for well written songs, not underground bullshit.

My Arms, Your Hearse is the best, and Demon Of The Fall rules!!!
You are talking shite, and are clearly a keyboard loving arse. Ghost Reveries is a crap album. If you want to hear proper prog rock listen to Jethro Tull's "Thick As A Brick" or "A Passion Play", not Ghost Reveries. That's just shit.
you're a fucking idiot. Opeth's production on morningrise was fucking perfect. Very natural sounding, but still very clear. It allowed opeth to convey that bleak atmosphere
it's impossible to convey bleak atmosphere in a sea of digital perfection like ghost reveries.
the songwriting is very average on it anyways. It has nowhere near the impact or the depth of the first 4 albums
The keyboards in Opeth's new stuff just says that they are too lazy to make that same atmosphere on the guitar (which they have done before) by depending on electronics and keyboards.
