Her name is Erina Moe. She's a porn star. Google her.

Back on to Jeff. Here's an interview with him. If he's back with Nevermore he's putting on a good act. His comments about "getting along" is rather telling.

speaking of dumpster love. I was at this little bar/venue last night watching my friends band. We have our little kinship with this band since, one of the members of our band is the vocalist. We play hardcore punk but alot of us like metal, and some of the other guys have seen alot of old school death metal including Death. Anyway, one of the rules at this place is that you're not aloud to take your can of beer outside to drink. It's against the law I believe to drink in public, at least on their premises (outside the venue). Turns out I bought a tall can like 10 seconds before the last band's last song ended. I went outside by our cars to finish it because we were about to leave. We were hanging out about 10 minutes and the bartender comes out and takes my beer and says "you're not allowed to drink out here, and he crushes it and throws it into the dumpster. I was like "what the fuck?"
So I go over to the dumper which had a bunch of cardboard, rubber strips and stuff (hardly any food trash) and started emptying everything out. The guy comes out a minute later and say "you taking out the trash?" I was like "Yeah, it's Tuesday, trash day." I confront him back rationalizing with him how bad his attitude was and that this is what he gets. I told him straight up, "you could at least said that you were going to pour it, if I don't come back to the bar to finish it...paid 5 bucks for that and it was 3/4s full." He's like "oh it's against the law blah blah blah..." I said "you should have let me finish it, dick or this wouldn't be happening." He goes back inside to continue bartending, threatening that he'll call the cops.

All I know is....he was right. But his attitude sucked and I felt being a dick back.

How is dumpster beer?

In my state - open containers outside the establishment can cost a liquor license. Dood might've been a dick, but maybe he wants to keep his job.

yeah fail on my part. I'm not exactly the most hardcore punk... The guy was totally justified. He was absolutely right. He was doing his job and he did it well. I guess I just felt like being stupid. I'm not going to do that again, for all I know my band (if the other bartender remembered that I said that I was in this band) may be banned from future shows there. We didn't play there, but our guitarist sang in his other band that night. They've been interested in booking us shows. If we're banned from there, that's ok, because it's hardcore punk to be banned - \m/
Out of all the venues we've played, if I had to pick one place to be banned from, it would be that one. The least best venue, imo.

Dude, I say: That bartender was a fucking dick! Just because it's against the law to take the beeroutside, he doesn't got the right to destroy your beer: you paid for it, it's YOUR fucking beer. He wasn't right!!!! He was an asshole!
