He has helped bands like Testament " gave them their name" Got megaforce to sign Kings' x, Gave Anthrax an Identity- look at all their pics and lyrics prior to SOD, brought OPETH to their first show in 2000 at Milwaukee Metalfest, designed Punk o rama for epitaph records and on top of all that, he has made his own music , managed 2 recording studios, agnostic front, the US bombs to mention a few.
HE may be loud, but he matters unlike scott ian or charlie what's his name. Simply put, SOD got it's name from the Singer not the band. The live show was SOD. Diving off a PA from 20 feet up is better than anything ANTHRAX could hope to do.
and to end it, The new MOD is getting great reviews. What is the new ANTHRAX record called? Who is singing? When is it out? What is their Agenda? Certainly the people on the CDC know. They paid for that information.
Face it people- you PAID to be on a message board and are complaining about it now because the band dose not give a shit and everyone sees it....

If Joey comes back.... I won't like it. Musically, I'd LOVE it, but to think realistically, it really would be a silly thing to come back to. Charlie already favors John Bush and has said this while Joey was still in the band (which was rude, imo) and he's one of the self-proclaimed "core members" of the band, so already, there's one relationship that's bound to fail fast... it would only be a matter of time before he's fired again.

I think working in the industry means. Touring, Managing, Promoting, Producing and things like that. I remember seeing joey mentioned quite a bit for his own stuff and touring. At the very least he was active in the industry

About Armored Saint. BAck in the day they never sold records or got respect out of the LA area. This is a fact. I know in Europe they did the festivals quite a bit if I remember correctly but remember, Europeans like posers and that whole idea of dressing up like warriors. America didn't like it when manowar did it, they did'nt like it when AS did it..

Armored Saint got a lot of respect outside of LA. I know most of my friends were more excited to see them than Metallica (RTL tour) when they both opened up for W.A.S.P.

"Symbol Of Salvation" was a pretty big deal too.

No shit huh? That's a booming "industry", if I ever heard of one!!

I can't figure out what Mr. Ju is saying about AS? They may never have had big commercial success, but the critics (for the most part) liked 'em. Let's face it, Delirious Nomad, SOS and Revelation were very well received by the critics. And they were great albums. Belladonna's solo stuff in contrast was not commercially successful and I don't know what the critics thought.

John vs Joey forever! I´d say that Armored Saint was a band with a cheesy image and good music (although a bit too mellow for my taste when I checked them out 14 years ago, haven´t heard much from them since); the Belladonna solo stuff has its moments but doesn´t make me rage either.
