You can't just fucking disprove a known fact by saying "nope" and giving a lame specific case.
A country with more wealth will have a higher GDP and will most definately have easier access to education and probably higher standards of education.
However I believe that as long as you're determined enough (and aren't hindered by oppressive dictatorships ect ect ect) then location has no effect on intelligence.

Btw, that master's degree won't get you much if you come to America or Europe, in most cases. There are a lot smarter people than you with higher degrees who drive fucking cabs because unfortunately the system here is pretty biased. I'm not ashamed of my country, Brazil is a great country and I plan on discovering it, there's enough wonders here to keep me busy for a lifetime. I'm just not a patriot and wouldn't be so to any country.
