NO DAMMIT I PERSONALLY WANT REALLY LONG SONGS ON THE NEXT ALBUM!!! What the hell! They have only made 1 20 minute song and I want them to make another. Hell, I made a poll about this, (The first one I made too) and I voted 1 50+ minute song. I would crap my pants. But to be honest, if Opeth started making shorter songs they wouldn't really be themselves and there is a chance that I won't like them as much anymore.

I can't get "Still Life" out of my CD player. This has got to be the best Metal album EVER!!! The concept , the guitar work on Serenity Painted Death is outstanding. Fuck, the whole album for that matter. Just burning one end to end and listening to this, it is truly mind-numbing. Benighted, is possibly the most beautiful song I have ever heard.Peace.

It's only been 12 (or 11?) years since their first album came out! Where the hell have you been?

And that Opeth logo is fake and it's been around for months. Pay attention.

And to affinityband, of course I like Dream theater and Symphony X lmao.

So what if the song is 20 minutes. Like someone mentionned earlier, Black Rose Immortal represents perfectly the Orchid - Morningrise era and a lot of fans (including me of course) would appreciate to hear this monumental opus live once.

So what if it takes the place of two 10 minutes songs in the setlist. A tour with Black Rose Immortal would be something that fans would remember forever. Because it is so unique.

Pink Floyd did not hesitate to start one their setlist with Echoes and the crowd response was absolutely unbelievable.
