Blips and Clips . . . WTF ? [video]

since a few weeks ago i just get blips and clips while playing midi stuff, and even sometimes when i just play audio. anyone had this problem also with a Audigy 2 ? it is verry irritating ofcourse when recording ( i am NOT talking about the CPU clipping thing it also happens when i just lisen music and stuff )

uuhm i believe so, but i didnt had any porblems with the original drivers.
