Blocking Floyd Rose

Block of wood and a little Elmers glue (just a dot or two to hold it in place) works for me - has for years. Easy to remove and simple to do. I also tried a Tremol-No but found the wood block preferable.

yea, a tremol-no is a good way to go if you dont want to go the DIY route. but i must say, if you simply want to just "fix" the bridge, wood block is super efficient, i've had the same one in my Jackson for quite some time now.

I have used a wood block in the past and I just didn't love it. I really like the Tremel-No and that you can change the settings. Just seems like the way to go for my studio guitars. Thanks again everyone.

I'm making a remote locking system. Much like the tremel-no but there's a switch on the front to lock/unlock it.

What's it for? So I can play a few country licks on my floyded guitars as i please. 99% irrelevant to most.
