hahahahahahahahhahahahahhaDid you know Bill Brasky is the godfather of my son?
Bill Brasky?
He's a big fella!
Oh yeah, he's a big guy! Goes about 6'7", 385.
Well, anyway.. he shows up at the church in his golf pants, caked in mud. Well, ol' Bill Brasky pushes the priest aside and says, "I'll baptize that piece of calimari!" Then he pours Scotch all over my baby son and says, "There! You're baptized!"
And your son is blind to this day!
Yeah, he makes brooms somewhere in Georgia, doesn't he?
I have no idea.
I wouldn't worry about that just yet. First off, they keep delaying the phasing out of SD, and I wouldn't be a bit surprised if they do so again. Regardless, you won't have to lay out a ridiculous sum of money. Currently, a 32" HD LCD from Samsung, is $799. And the prices are continually dropping. By the time you're forced to buy a TV, chances are it will be time to replace your old set anyway and that an HDTV will cost $500.This shit pisses me off to know fucking God damn end. When standard television gets phased out for this hdtv cunt revelry, millions upon millions of Americans will be forced to either cough up a ridiculous sum of money for a hi-deaf tv...
Bill Brasky = greatest thing everhahahahahahahahhahahahahha
hahhaa freakin' cool.$500? Fuck that shit! Whatever happened to television sets in the $179-$319 range? I'll continue to download my programming over the internet, thank ye very much. Consider HD to stand for heroically downloading!
god I fucking hate Insight communications. they come hook up the new box with hd channels. Of course theres pure shit channels, and they arent even displaying in HD!!!!
As formats, they're pretty similar in quality. However, Blu-Ray discs have more capacity, so hold the potential for more content.Stupid question.... Is there a big difference between watching a Blue Ray and and HD DVD? Not the player, just the movie itself?
I called them and got it fixed. although It doesnt look as good as it should.. hmm.*shrugs*
Krig, why aren't they showing in HD? I have about 20 HD channels and sometimes the shows themselves aren't HD but the channel is. So there'll be some shows not filmed in HD and then shows that are. You can watch both on the HD channels but only SD on the rest of the channels. Does that make sense?
I hate people that ask this questiondo you have the box hooked up correctly to the TV?
