its real. they inject some kind of stuff to harden and dye the vessels. tis real.

^ they first drain the body, then inject it with aceton, then inject it with silicone... then dissolve the body around the vessels... so you get real vessels and nothing else...

To see a whole body like that, IS AMAZING

I went to The Universe Within a couple years ago.

The coolest one was the muscular system of some guy holding his skin on a coathanger. And the guy cut up into slices and spread out like twenty feet.

karen did it smell weird? body worlds had kind of a weird rubbery smell. which is to be expected due to the resin they use. but still, it was kind of creepy.
