Iron, Steel, Metal is the same case, this sound is from Wizzard...

Yup, SSJ4SephirothX it is Dispatched! I had that cover and its tag said that CoB made it, but I got it from Kazaa Now I downloaded the Motherwar album by Dispatched and the the same song was there! So it is done by Dispatched.
