Bonus Tracks

Hope this thread is ok for all you 'old heads', but I am asking for comment on the bonus track on the re releases of Opeths albums. I have the ones on BP and like them, how about the ones on other ones such as MAYH (which I have just ordered).
Are they good/bad, outtakes, bad/good production etc

The two songs off of BWP are great. The two covers on MAYH are great because they still sound original and are the quality of the cd itself. The extra tracks on Orchid and Morningrise are crap. They're just rehearsals with some parts that were taken and put into some of their songs.

But they are better quality than the bootlegs of those rehearsals that are about. I don't mind them, they don't fit with the albums, but they aren't really supposed to, they are just bonus material after all.

I've actually recategorized them in iTunes so they don't play with the albums. I made a new "CD" called bonus tracks. That way, it doesn't kill my mood. Vampyrouss is right. They don't fit at all. But worth having.

The bonus tracks on MAYH and BWP are great.

they do a great job on Remember Tomorrow.
