Indeed he does, that was a good read. It would be interesting to hear a A/B comparison with the same cab, same mic position etc and see how big the difference is.

It might take you a moment or a good few listens to really hear the difference the characteristics r similar both being g12 75.
The 57 was measured and is is in the exact same position for both cabs.
to my ears the new cab has unbalanced high and flat mid range, the response on actual attack
seems different also. the old cab just sounds totally open in comparison.
