Brutal/Slam Death Metal

Honestly I haven't even heard a single track from the newest Abnormality. Picked it up when I was supposed to see them with Suffo last year and they couldn't play, but I bought all they had anyway.

Conceived is easily Devourment's worst album.
 
Conceived is aptly named because its poop.

Sampling the new Deranged. It's not High on Blood but it seems pretty good. Fucking released on a weird label though.
 
Conceived was good, but just didn't feel like Devourment. But on the other hand, I don't own it, so I really haven't given it as much of a listen as it deserves.

Deranged has always been good, but never a band that comes to my attention much. I feel I should one day explore their discography but I've never gotten around to it.

Also, to add what is technically a 2016 release to my previous list, I got the new Euphegenia promo from NSE last night, stoked to spin it soon.

I just ordered a Disentomb hoodie and the Abnormal Inhumane album since this is the last Disentomb printing. Stoked to get that promo in the mail once my shit ships.

Will check it out when I get home. I know a lot of guys like to shit on TBDM but Trevor is a cool guy and is a death metal encyclopedia.
 
Yeah i fucking HATE that band, but Trevor is an awesome dude, been chatting with him for a while on various forums and whatnot. Hope to see you there man! You're one of the few I'm hoping comes over. Malice is already there, wish V5 and CC would come back to us :(

CC is busy with real life, and V5 has been out of the BDM scene for a while. I keep him updated on what's going on, but like me, he's disappointed in the current scene.

To clarify, outside of NSE, there's little to no quality left in BDM, at least to me.
 
Well, I do disagree, to an extent but that's beside the point. Regardless, this forum is basically dead for BDM and death metal in general, so I'm glad we started the NSE forums. Glad to have something at least. Anyone besides Ozz and Espada joined yet?

Also, Cory from Pustulated and Travis from Human Excoriation have a new band called Vituperate out and it's insanely sick. Nothing on YouTube yet, only facebook shit.

I was cruising the thread and found this interesting; Krow, it's just over 7 years later and I'm still seeing the GS "it won't suck itself" shirts going for $70+ hahahahahahahahaha

Anybody hear that Unique Leader Records are reissuing Butcher the Weak by Devourment?

Everybody probably knows about this^ shit. Sounds fucking insane and I like that they're using their old logo again.



Also, Lacerated Enemy Records is putting out a Vomit Remnants 2 CD compilation.
 
Butcher the Weak on vinyl would be pretty cool, and I'm sure if UL is reissuing it, theyll do it.

New Dying Fetus is fucking vicious.

I've been dragging my feet on that Vomit Remnants... combination of awful album art and title puttting me off.
