Brutal/Slam Death Metal

Just listening to "perception of hate" by goretrade...
Got into them by reading through the forum here for a couple of hours!
Fucking amazing shit, seriously unreal, I love it.
I'm new to the slam/brutal death thread here, so hi btw.
Yannick.

Oh yeah, and I hope the WORMED news is true, I loved "planisphaerium"!

So apparently there's word going around that Wormed will be releasing a new full length sometime this year.

Also, Hour Of Penance and Decaying Putridity are now accepting pre-orders.
:worship:notworthy:worship: It's Decaying Purity (see my sig)

Awesome. Both Goretrade albums are great and they are releasing a new album this year. For more recommendations check out Slam-Minded Blog (link in my signature). It's written by me and another member of this forum. It's always great to have some new faces in this thread.

Welcome to the board man! Thanks for checking out what we do/what we recommend. Glad you like it! :worship:

Is it out? Any similarity to Inveracity?

It leaked, not officially out until the 23rd this month.

When you mention it, it does sound a bit like "Extermination Of Millions". "The Vile Conception"'s riffing style and powerful, almost epic atmosphere is very reminiscent of the "Extermination Of Millions", though I think "Extermination Of Millions" the better album all together.

Funny, because the new Inveracity reminded me of Kronos :p

I gave HoP (new one) a listen yesterday on the train...really good thick modern death metal. Stretches the line of "brutal" I suppose...it's brutal in the same way Nile is, only HoP are probably a bit heavier and even more extreme. Gotta love the little catchy riffs. The double bass is fucking relentless, also.
