Its quite a technical and obscure release. Alot of atmosphere like your usual old school death metal would have but with a more modern heavy touch to it if you will. I don't find the album mind blowing but its fine for what it is. The next release they put out will probably be something to look forward to... Quite anticipating.

Its name was Catharsis, is in "purifier" .

Its not a slam album at all (I thought it would be but whatever).

Atmospheric death metal with Krisiun/Rebaelliun esque vocals.

I might not even bother with buying the thing then. Maybe i'll rip it before I goto bed.

Why exactly did this album look like it was going to be a huge/anticipated release?

Wormed as a cool concept that is refreshing for the genre.

Just listened to Cesspool of Vermin's full length. Good stuff...probably the best Lust of Decay side project I've heard.

What does anyone think of Debodified? Not really slam, but I listened to their myspace tracks and thought they were alright...I plan to check out their album though.

While I'm on a Lust of Decay kick here...seems like Kingdom of Corpses is the least talked about of their three releases (and the only one I haven't heard). Is there a reason for that?

Im sure it will be a good album. The Vile Conception was really good and I love the "understandable" vocals that they use.

I like Cesspool of Vermin a lot. The album is very good in overall; good & catchy songs, vocals are good and songs have technical parts. I like CoV much more than Lust of Decay.

And yes, maybe I have to say I'm proud that Torsofuck has such a great t-shirt, a little different artwork than usually. It's a one of few brutal death bands from Finland.
