I can't seem to find any of his songs for download or whatever, so I can't say.... but I know he's a great guitar player, and I would really love to know more about him!!
he's adept of atonalism right? when you hit a bunch of notes that doesn't have to do one with another, but you do it at such incredible speed that it kinda makes sense somehow
I know there was a composer... Schoenberg I think, who studied atonalism a lot. I once listened to one of his songs and I got very interested.
Now, if Buckethead is trying something as fresh as this with a guitar, damn I want to know more of him! I love good, new stuff!!

Buckethead is really good, he's also lucky to work with some great musicians too, like Bill Laswell and Bootsy Collins.

he play in various styles from funk to metal
from rock to fusion to electronic music and hip hop!
he is a real hip hopper maybe the last true in hip hop thing!
he is a master in guitar martial arts and odd techniques(eight finger tapping,slap and selector controllled playing )
he studied schonberg and conlon nancarrow a lot(like the other monster virtuosoSHAWN LANE)
he is a genius !
and to me he blast off all metal virtuosos!
