I just got my new Peavey and while I'm currently using my friend's marshall 2x12, I'm planning on making my own. I'm planning on basically building a copy of the Marshall, except probably with a different sort of wood. Does anyone have any advice, plans, etc with regard to the construction of a custom cab? Like, what sort of wood to use, that sort of shit?
My goal for this is to sound pretty good for playing metal. I usually tune to D Standard.
