BULB/PERIPHERY-ICARUS LIVES COMPLETE WITH VOCALS AND NEW MIX! (Dfhs, Podxt, Toneport)

haha yeah, its just too bad the sound sucks (the room was so big and relatively empty so there was this horrible slapback echo where the camera was..) and that was also our first time playing that song live, im going to film it at our next show and hope it comes out better!

Hey dude, what exactly is the deal with that disc? If you could just pm me the details i would be eternally grateful!
Thanks bro!!

he learns the parts i write, and then makes them even more awesome because he is the orbinator, seriously we won the lottery with this guy haha!

Seriously Misha, I've criticized your mixes before, but fuck it. You're coming up with some of the best and most original material I've heard in ages - it just doesn't even matter that you don't have maybe the most polished sound ever.

That's great! I have a guy in one of my bands that does that sometimes. I send the band rough ideas of the songs with programmed drums, and then when we play I here him doing stuff I wrote on a better choice of cymbals.

Anyway man, obviously this song is amazingly great. I'm really impressed.

Well... it's a killer sound you got there. Patches?

Damn... and the drums... i really like the snare you've got out of DFH S... which drum and settings are you using?

Dss: coming from you jeff, that means a lot bro, i know you have been picky with my mixes and tones (but hell man, its valuable info!) so im glad you approve haha!

broken81: up until now i have basically doing all the writing and recording other than vocals (cuz i suck at writing lyrics and only my singer can scream like that haha) because im the only one with a computer fit for recording. When the other guys joined initially the idea was that the dynamic would have stayed the same, but now they are all planning on getting recording computers, so hopefully in the future there will be more songs from other members and more collaboration!

rekisum: thanks bro, the guitar and bass patches can be downloaded over on sevenstring.org in the patch library and as for dfhs im using the Pearl Birch snare with the standard sonor kit.

haha im sorry what do you mean by "how i understand at left was you?" im lost on that one!!

this is some great shit

sounds tight, punchy and full to me

your production is better than some of the commercial metal albums in my collection
