Paul Gilbert's band? well they had a songon their new album called "Evil Joe" and it was about a phone call that one of Paul's friends made in response to an ad for a "black" metal guitarists... now obviously he wanted one for black metal, not the skin colour but this guy calls in (it is pauls friend) pretending to be black and wanting the spot... anyway it is fucking HILARIOUS!! here is the page with the clip and you can read a bit about it...
