If you are talking about on screen viewing at other places, then no.
The only way I could see that happening would be if you were to create a monitor color profile and beg folks to download, install it, and set their monitor to your profile. But even then, it may not look the same because there are lots of different brands of monitors out there. Each one is going to be a bit different and veiw things slightly different.

Also Macs are normally lighter than PC's.

What I do is once I'm done with an image, I'll add in an adjustment layer, and make the over all image lighter. That way, you can be sure it looks good in both a lighter screen, and darker screen.
