Yea its a noob question. but i want to reamp.and.i.dont.have.a.reamp.box, i just send.it theough ts into.the.engl.head. can the different impedence or voltage of the signal damage the amp? like if i beef it with a signal that is louder then an original guitar or somethong? or will the ts get damaged forst?
lol i am just carring for a 3000$ amp

though, the dude here seems to do it good, without any reamp box, i think he is also from the forum.

haha.

So, How can i know if i need to buy one? seems that a few are managing without it..

IS someone willing to post a shootout of reamping without a Box and with a box, so i can realize the difference..?

What level do you guys record your DI tracks at???

My average signal usually lies between -5 and 0db

Too much? Too little?

Too much. If you gave me DI's recorded that hot I would tell you to re-record them. No peaks above -6dB is a good place to start.

I've lived without one for quite some time. I plan on getting one soon when I have some extra cash though.
With that being said, what would yall recommend?

Alright im new to reamping, so let me see if i understand reamping. What guitarguru is doing is sending the rose of sharyn DIs to his saffire then sending that (through the output7) to the tubescreamer to the 5150. K i got that. But those 3 mics he has, where are those going to? the mic inputs on the back of the saffire?
