Can you guys post some samples of solo-bass you've mixed?

I'm mixing some bass guitar atm and recording soon (with a PODX3), and I'm a drummer and bass is often buried in metal so I'm not sure as to what I'm aiming for. Can you guys post some examples of what you've done (bass on its own.. and possibly in the mix otherwise just a link to the song) so I can get the gist of it?

Just ya stock standard metal tone, distorted with a bit of low-end (I have been splitting the tracks up at 200Hz).

The great one to ask if you're using a POD is Splat88. He gets some killer bass and guitar tones from that unit - always impressive and miles ahead of what many home studio people are doing.

Doesn't have to be a POD... just any bass tone so I know what I'm looking for with my POD. I forgot about the Rockband multitracks, I'm checking some out now that I'd already downloaded. Thanks.
