Heartwork is excellent, but I kind of prefer Necroticism in some ways. I'm not a HUGE fan of Melodeath so Necroticism is more accessible for me.

I'm sorry but their pre-heartwork stuff, excluding necrotism b/c that kicked ass, was bunch of under produced rubbish. Although genital grinder is way more killer when you hear it live, that other stuff really was just like regurgitated booby guts stuff you write about when your in high school. And I'm glad they changed, Heartwork fucking slays. I also think people over look a fact about Carcass. They were heavy! I'm not talking about just distorted guitars, I'm talking about the heave those records through around. It's like they picked up where Metallica's And Justice for all left off (A record I feel was pretty damn heavy for its time and it's only in Standard tuning!). Carcass' riffery made the mass of Earth a little more dense.
