I buy and consume so much cheese I don't even know where to begin....

I usually get it from Whole Foods who are kind enough to import awesome quality cheeses from my part of the world, (in addition to the rest of the globe and US)
and make me a happy girl. Their cheese selection is awesome!

Best pairing ever = A nice brie and some truffle infused honey.

That or gimme a decent hunk of Maytag Blue and some grapes or a pear.

Yeahhhh, I'm all into that. Sometimes that's my dinner...

One of my favorite go-to is dates filled with brie/goat cheese/ any sharp semi-soft cheese with a pecan on top (bite size goodness!)

Over here, Gouda is the "standard" cheese. Shame, because there's so many great cheeses out there, not just Gouda. For instance:
