I'm with you though...I don't mind in the slightest. I'm not an aficionado, I just like all kinds of cheeses!
 
a) Yeah the pepper/colbis are just there if you don't have anything else to put on top of your saltine cracker :lol:.

b) Yep, "mild" kinda defeats the purpose of cheese, doesn't it?

c) even the "good" kind of expired, like gorgonzola?

mmmmmmm my Gran used to make those for me when I was a kid. Nothing like fresh cheddar on buttered grilled bread and tomato soup! Do it! Do it now!
 
whole loaf of french bread split in half, buttered to fuck with fresh garlic and oregeno then covered in mozzerella bake 25 mins...........*flees to store*
