Cottage Cheese 101

All cheese is good cheese... Even waxy American nastiness. I do struggle with really ammoniated cheeses but other than that, I love a good musty bleu cheese. Is Limburger worth trying?

Also, I vote for changing the name of this thread to "The Official Cheese Thread"

I've never had cottage cheese. The look of it just fucking disgusts me, but I suppose I should actually try it.

Cottage cheese isn't exactly the most exciting food in the world. There aren't that many instances in which I'd use it.

On my recent hiking holiday all we did of a night was smoke weed, drink wine and eat awesome cheese. Good times.

I dunno when I last ate cottage cheese though.

And goat's cheese is not for me. Tastes like the bottom of a barn.
