Cottage Cheese 101

All cheese is good cheese... Even waxy American nastiness. I do struggle with really ammoniated cheeses but other than that, I love a good musty bleu cheese. Is Limburger worth trying?

Also, I vote for changing the name of this thread to "The Official Cheese Thread"
 
swiss, cheddar, parmesan, mozzarella, philadelphia cream, brie, blue, edam (hard cheese coated in wax)... fuck me i love cheese
 
On my recent hiking holiday all we did of a night was smoke weed, drink wine and eat awesome cheese. Good times.

I dunno when I last ate cottage cheese though.

And goat's cheese is not for me. Tastes like the bottom of a barn.
