Yeah, that can fuck up your ACL. there are hip stretching excercises, but anchoring your foot like that twisting your leg so harshly can snap your leg or tear your ACL. go easier.

we should do an experiment, you stretch your legs as far as they will go and tell me when it hurts. this shoudl probably be done naked so that clothes and the like will not interfere with your movements.

I thought I made it clear enough but I guess not. It's a sensation past bare visuals and language. It's not human observation at all.
