I like cheese.

Well they usually don't have a lot of beer, but 90% of it is good shit. You'll never see Buttwiper there. Quality not quantity.

Lots of veggie stuff, yeah. But they fully recognize the awesomeness that is BUTTER too.

(1 and 2 year-aged Goudas are great in their own respects as well)
 
My grandmother buys these blocks of cheese that come in a wax/cloth cover... it's hard to explain. The point is that I need to ask her what it is, because this stuff is some of the creamiest cheese I've ever tasted. It's sort of dry for being some creamy, but it's just fantastic and classy.
