Not Chinese but from that neck of the woods (Tuva), Huun-Huur-Tu are fucking awesome. Sorry, haven't got any samples to post, but you could probably hear some clips on amazon or allmusic.

I was reading about throat singing and it sounds like really difficult stuff. Isolating certain pitches in your voice and emphasizing them? And several at the same time? Fuck!
