Hmm, how stupid would it be to ask for the "best price ticket" for air fare though Price Line and wait for their weird-ass offer? I really want to go but it could be really last minute. How'd the hotel work w/that?
It's a done deal, Rider! See ya there!advance ticket sales are picking up folks. Get on it dog-gone it! Or you're sure to miss it.
No, I haven't, unless you count the thing y'all did with ALD on the Kiss cover, which I liked.
We'll be doing something fun too. We'll see how folks like it. We're DEFINITELY the odd ball band on this bill!! Looking forward to it!
Hoyt, do you have any idea if CIIC will be selling t-shirts at the show?
~Brian~
Cool! This will be a fun one to break you in on - HW is unveiling a new stage show and setlist - there will be some songs performed which have either never been done live, or haven't been done in a really, really long time. I think people are really going to dig it.
And....I just want to say this again on behalf of all of us in HW - major props to Hoyt for busting his tail on this show. After the CM tour debacle and so on, he could have easily thrown in the towel, but the man is a real trooper with a love for metal and just overall really great for the metal scene in ATL. Really bro, we can't tell you how much your work has meant to us. Thanks man.

Awesome dude! Glad it all worked out for you! I don't know how many tickets are left, but I can't imagine that with Circle II Circle playing only this one-off and knowing that people are flying in, I can't imagine that it isn't selling really well. If I had to get tickets, I'd be getting them ASAP - I'd be nervous about being stuck outside listening through the walls!I got my tickets! See y'all there! Just curious-about how many tix remain for this gig? Can't wait to meet my new MD friends at the show! All hail the Old Liners!
*thinks* ... hey cool, I have an 'oddball' band - just like ProgPower USA! YaY ME!
LOL.

Oh, no, an oddball band with growls! I guess that'll be my chance to go to the bar and drink!
<end.canned.statement>
Who us? Barely... The growling vocals that do occur are minimal and are used for effect and very well-placed. Believe me, I'm definitely not a fan of death vox!
OK, gotcha! After being referred to as the "oddball" I thought he was talking about us. I'm sure that EbS has WAY more growls than we do. In fact, the more I think about it, the more I have a difficult time even saying that we have growls. Well, you know since you've heard the whole CD.heh - even though he quoted me, I'm thinking Paul may have meant EbS making the claim to be the oddball band, as they use occasional growl vocals as Patrick explained above. And Paul has seen them once before - at Patrick's 'final' show with EbS last June. And we see how long that lasted.
*thinks* ... kind of like when that guitarist left Odin's Court late last year only to return a few months later. *shifty-eyed* oh wait...
LMAO!
