MeMa's coming? Awesome, I'll bring the chair. I love having MeMa at our shows...makes me feel better about myself.

MeMa's coming Hoyt. She'll need a chair.
ok, from what info I have gathered, CIIC will not have any new merch to sell at this show. And it's doubtful they'll bring any old merch either.

Oh, no, an oddball band with growls! I guess that'll be my chance to go to the bar and drink!

I know we won't have it finished by February 2nd, but for those interested in our progress; we're working on a new song about the common phenomenon of DeJaVu that, dare I say, might end up being our most powerful song to date (especially if the vocals continue to dominate in the strength it has started in and yes James, that means it might even kick To The King's melodic ass. )
If you read my post from yesterday, you know how I feel! There are *only* 200 tickets to start. We are talking about Circle II Circle doing a special show, people are flying in for this one, others are driving a pretty far distance. Additionally, you have local veterans, Halcyon Way who will be pulling people in, another local Eclipsed by Sanity, and us in Odin's Court coming down from MD to make our first appearance in the Atlanta area. What are the odds that this will sell out in advance? Will I be able to get tickets at the door?
WOW, I MUST hear this song, because To The King OWNS!!!
(psst...any chance of getting a "sneak preview" during sound check? )
perhaps I can arrange this for you. but from the way I see it...we're gonna be doing sound check before the doors open. We kinda have a special thing planned, so it would defeat the purpose of us being visible before the show is suppose to start.

Kadria, My friends and me can't make your 2/01 show, but we'll be at the 2/02 show. Have a great gig!Don't procrastinate, y'all -- Rick's right; tickets start flying for any good show the two weeks prior. Inviolate's got a big show the day before, but I'm going to get at least two of my guys to come (telling them their best bet is to nab their tix on TA *now*) and I'm totally looking forward to bellydancing my little heart out to some awesome metal
Kick-ass, Jon! Can't wait to see you guys play live!Cool! This will be a fun one to break you in on - HW is unveiling a new stage show and setlist - there will be some songs performed which have either never been done live, or haven't been done in a really, really long time. I think people are really going to dig it.
And....I just want to say this again on behalf of all of us in HW - major props to Hoyt for busting his tail on this show. After the CM tour debacle and so on, he could have easily thrown in the towel, but the man is a real trooper with a love for metal and just overall really great for the metal scene in ATL. Really bro, we can't tell you how much your work has meant to us. Thanks man.
Right on, Rick! See ya at the show! Travel safely!Awesome dude! Glad it all worked out for you! I don't know how many tickets are left, but I can't imagine that with Circle II Circle playing only this one-off and knowing that people are flying in, I can't imagine that it isn't selling really well. If I had to get tickets, I'd be getting them ASAP - I'd be nervous about being stuck outside listening through the walls!
Luckily, you aren't one of those people!
Looking forward to meeting you as well!
Lucky for you there's a bar in the same room.

It's nice they have their own private bar.
As a devout NON-smoker, I salute The Local and all involved with it. Right on, Rider!rock:and the best news is that with all of the refurbishing lately, there is also the rule of NO SMOKING inside the music venue! WooHoo!!!
The bar and grill side of things still allows smoking of course, so all the smokers can take a break between bands. But at least now the smoke won't be in the room clouding up everything and also bothering the singers by the end of the night.
