I go with Funeral Fog for Mayhem too. Arguably the most well known and it's probably my personal favorite on DMDS too along with Pagan Fears. For Darkthrone I'd go with Transilvanian Hunger.

Suffocation I'd go with Liege of Inveracity...so incredibly influential.

I'd say "Burzum" is the definitive Burzum song if not only for the fact that it embodies everything Burzum represents, and essentially black metal altogether.
