Classical composers

I'm sure you all are into classical music....even if it just a little bit. I was wondering which composers people favour.

My all time fave is JS Bach but I'm also a fan of Beethoven, Mozart, Purcell, Rossini, Shostakovich and Elgar.

My all time favorite classical composer is Edward Grieg, followed by Beethoven, Mozart and Johan S. Bach.
I also like Randy Edelman and Howard Shore..

Beethoven, Bach, Mozart, Grieg, Vivaldi. I can't possibly put them in any order.

As I've stated on here somewhere earlier, I do listen to Classical Composer music. My favorite ones are: Brahms, Wagner, Rimsky & Korsakov, Bach, Beethoven, Mozart, Vivaldi, Tchaikovsky, and Handel.

These are THE roots from which melodic music truly sprang, forever touching and enriching our music.
These are the true masters.

You didn't mention Grieg..I would say he is one of the true masters

Occasionally I like to get all medieval with a bit of Thomas Tallis and William Byrd. Check these guys out if you find anything by them!

I like Grieg too. He's great, but no one has even mentioned Handel or Wagner before me.

Handel's Water Music and Messiah are both incredible and legendary as Wagner's Ride Of The Valkeries is a legendary opera.

They kick ass!!!!!!!
