Yeah unfortunately it seems that the fat man using Dee's music was good timing. We haven't even got an election date announced but the fat man has been running his campaign for about three months. I think it's too much to suggest that both sides orchestrated this but I'm sure both sides and loving the free publicity. Not sure how it's going to help Dee as most of the people who read news papers probably aren't his target audience but I'm sure ticket sales will boom in the next week or so.

It would be funny if the politician showed up at Dee's show.

As much as I dislike the fat man I think he'd give Dee a run for his money if Dee wanted to debate anything but music copyright. And failing that the guy will sit on him.

That's another band I have really followed since their first few albums. I don't mind some of their stuff but I can gloss over a lot of death metal and they were always a band I only partially followed.

If it didn't start out as a publicity stunt some PR twat had really got their teeth into it now. Fat man going to the immigration minister saying "don't let this man in he's threatening me" then Dee firing back with his own bucket load of shit that means just as little. Fuck me get the tour over with so they can both shut the fuck up, even the commentors on Blabber aren't funny on this one.

I'm starting to feel like the song isn't the only thing getting too much attention. There is a metal thread on one of the Aussie tech forums I used to frequent and they are going on and on about how Dee should come here and offer to fight the guy because Dee's a force to be reckoned with. I'm not overly surprised by such a reaction but I do find it funny that when Dee announced his tour the same people were talking about a has been rocker, now he's arguing with a politician the majority don't like it's, Dee the Enforcer.

Our national limit is 100 (freeways 110) which is about 65mph. In most states here 45kph over here would be instant loss of licence, car impounded and probably a fine similar, might even be more.
