In the 70's when Kerry was learning to play there wouldn't have been too many people playing that sort of thing. I'm sure he's been influence by a lot of other people since but it's like the people who cite Sabbath as a big influence. If they were growing up in the 70's they didn't have much 'heavy' choice.

He says the lawyers are involved but only for business stuff yet he still claims no one is talking about the anniversary shows. There is no way the band (as a business) aren't talking about those shows next year, Ian's said they are, Rob's said they are, even the hired help Andy says they are talking about them, they are even booked in for Wacken or one of those festivals. Sure they might not have specifically asked KK yet but the guy doesn't deserve to be asked with his current form. However as a partner in the business I think he's conveniently not telling many of these interviewers what he does and doesn't know just to make it look like they are treating him bad.

It does make me wonder what he has to do to actually be removed from the business side of JP. He's spoken shit about the band, he's spoken shit about how it's run and he's spoken shit about how things went down yet he's still part of the business. It's funny how all these KK dreamers don't see the damage he's doing to the name. Every slanderous comment brings the name down just a little further, yet he claims that he still wants to be part of the name. It can't be easy for Rob & co to remain silent and give the world their views, even if KK fans wont ever recognise there is two sides, but even when the guys do interviews they don't allow themselves to be dragged down to the shit throwing level.
