That's an interesting point about royalties. I don't know how they would work when played live, down here there is a system that Aussie musos can get paid if their songs are played by someone else on stage. But if he recorded them then I believe he'd have to pay, he gave up the majority of the rights to the music. He might still be on the board and have rights to the business of JP but him selling off his rights was well publicised so I kind of think that unless JP as a business agree to him using it he would have to pay them just as anyone else would. Shit, if that's right it's going to make world domination difficult, not many cover bands have reached that level before

Oh yeah I can see this being a marriage made in heaven. The egos are perfectly aligned, the blame game is organised and god help anyone that doesn't see things through the same tainted glasses as Ripper and KK.

Yeah that was a pretty good slap in the face and it's one I hope comes back and bites him on the bum when the shit hits the fan.

I kind of hope KK has some success, or at very least gets something out of this band, but I really struggle to have any thoughts of good will towards Ripper. I don't care if he can sing or not, the guys attitude is worse than KK's.
