It's only fitting that KK organises, presents and accepts the awards for the band. I doubt any sane person would see it any other way.
That's an interesting point about royalties. I don't know how they would work when played live, down here there is a system that Aussie musos can get paid if their songs are played by someone else on stage. But if he recorded them then I believe he'd have to pay, he gave up the majority of the rights to the music. He might still be on the board and have rights to the business of JP but him selling off his rights was well publicised so I kind of think that unless JP as a business agree to him using it he would have to pay them just as anyone else would. Shit, if that's right it's going to make world domination difficult, not many cover bands have reached that level before
