"Clipping Death" on Youtube !

Still think there's a flaw in the vocals. I'm sure he sings "Ruined by me, you can't SEE a thing", instead of "Ruined by me, you can't HEAR a thing" as in the lyrics Dan wrote.

Thanks dudes :) I don´t know, how to say it in english..but I laughed me to death, as I worked with Dan´s edited pictures of Metallica and Rubin

Hi Man :) You are right..but I think, it´s not too bad for the overall impression.

it sounds too good, and the solo was too well played... cost it some comedic value. should have had obvious clipping and a spazzy, poorly intonated solo. and the singer gaffed some bits as well.

funny stuff all the same.

I though the solo had irony too it, because the vibratos were sooooo wide, unlike Kirks vibratos that are really narrow(not even in key.) and fast.

Hehe yeah, Izzy played it very, very good with a fine vibrato. It´s good to know, he has such a beautiful style. I tryed to make the Solo(fast one) more aggressive, but no guitarists wants to play it bad with intent..not to agree with the Guitar player´s ego ;) If I would be a living legend like James Murphy, maybe then.

Izzy's solo was amazing - he's got great feel. Far nicer than Hammett's fast 'wasp like vibrato'.

Although I'm pretty sure the solo that Izzy played in Puppets was actually a Hetfield solo, like the one in Nothing Else Matters....

Yeah dude, I don´t like Kirk´s vibrato..on "the day that never comes" it´s even awful!! :zombie:

Hmmm that really could be..Hetfield is more into beautiful sounding solos. The instrumental battle on the GH3 version also wins Hetfield.
