i gear myself up for weeks on the notion that when day X comes around, i am finally going out and buying clothes. or at least a pair of pants. as day X nears, the sense that my current set of clothing is in tatters becomes more and more apparent.

today is day X. someone tell me some magic word that will make me get up and do this.
