CM's offer to replace damaged ones

well I did last monday and I haven't gotten anything back yet.
It was 3-4 days to wait according to UM.

a well, I won't give up hope.
any experiences ?

Oh, sorry, no I didn't have to return mine, so I'm not sure how long it takes. If you ask me, 3-4 days sounds a tad too optimistic. I've never gotten anything back from a manufacturer in less than 4 weeks.

Nothing meant BAD by it, but there's been a sudden influx of BG forum members, as if they were refugees escaping a swarm of rodents. They're not the rodents themselves!

I sent mine on June 30th. Still waiting.
Take into account the 3-4 business days is how long it will take CM to process the cd after they have received it. This does not take into account time for postage.

Well i'm not gonna use the mailorder anyway, so it doesn't make up for me..
Let's hope they get some more DD posters or i'll go cut them with knives that cut deep

I sent in my CD and got a new one after about 10 days.

I got a "€5 off" coupon, and two DD posters,
together with CM's newest mailorder catalogue.

I gave two pills to my cd for a five days, each 6 hours, and now is better...it also says that with some more medicine he will let me see the video, too

You get an entirely new copy? Like, sleeve, booklet (which has errors too), disc 'n all?
