i dont have tried it.
usally i dont need such things but....its an COB vid

now im using FileZilla (OpenSource) still the same problem.

i have the Windows Firewall activated but isn't there a pop up usally?

dude, just get cuteFTP, ive tried like 5 programs and none of them worked too
just get cuteFTP home version

Are you using cuteFTP or ws-ftp?
user: ultimate
pass: metal
No capitals, small letters (lol how do you say that in english )
Also post the error you get, perhaps we could help then good luck!
