Well the thing about the "back to the roots album" is it has never been proficiently presented to the band as a question, they've only presumed it as a threat, like fans wanting them to downgrade their experience and start loving Yngwie again, instead of understanding it as a return to more atmospheric vibe and fresh sound and back to the whole Bodom thing instead of writing thrashy metal about skateboarding, chicks and hangovers.
I think for that kind of job one needs confidence and colour in his writing as well as solid information basis on metal and understanding of musical theory. I'd like that job too but I believe I'd be thrown out if I show up and pretty much don't know who Pantera and Sepultura are... But I'm not gonna go study journalism for a decade if that's what it takes to get this thing thru.
