White Hillbilly--same as a White Russian but with 'moonshine' instead of Vodka

Kahlúa and Schnapps Frappé--three parts Schnapps (usually peppermint or peach) and one part Kahlúa in a glass packed with crushed ice

That first one takes a bit of getting used to.
