I'm sorry, but it's bullshit when they say that they want to embrace fair trading principles.
I pay just under 2 bucks for a bunch of Class 2 banana's at my local grocer. Why am I not paying the same price for Extra Class banana's (And why can't I find them) when there are CLEARLY more than 4cm2 of lesions and/or other damages on the fingers themselves.
This code is not ready for public deployment and I think we should demand it be repealed, considering you never knew that it was forcefully implemented in our countries without our knowledge many years ago.
