Yea, I KNEW about it since the beginning of the year but never knew that they were actually implementing it.
Also:
"Although the 250 gigabyte cap is now specified, users who exceed that amount will not have their access switched off immediately, nor will they be charged for excessive use. Instead, the customers may be contacted by Comcast and notified of the cap. The company did not say how 250 gigabytes was selected."
Before, plans were to automatically charge $1 per GB over the limit but apparently, that bullshit didn't get implemented.

Yeah. But who knows, this is the month where they are going to identify what bullshit they can and cannot get away with (charges, service cutoffs, etc.) and in order to prove them to be faggots, it is also the start of "download as much shit as you can" week.

Cry moar, I have to pay extra to get to 100GB with my shittier than Comcast service a month and I usually don't have a problem with that. And I download a shitload. TV Shows, Movies, Music, I have a RS account and a 750GB external. They don't charge or cut you off unless you go significantly over.
