Out of nowhere i am unable to listen to music in any format. This is the link that pops up after WMP:

i tried installing new updates and still nothing. Wtf do i do from here?

WMP is a total piece of shit, but I bet the problem lies in your audio drivers.

I think so too, so what do you recommend i do to get the audio drivers working properly?

Does your sound work for other things? Can you watch YouTube videos? Play games? If not, then it's probably your drivers, your soundcard or your OS.

Check your soundcard in the device manager and see if Windows reports any issues. If it does, see what they are and if you can fix them. Try reinstalling drivers.

Get an external soundcard if you can, and see if that works.
