Is this a perfect album? Is this one of the greatest albums of the 90s and, perhaps of all time? Is this as good as it gets, music-wise?

Why I agree with you there Mr Spiff. Flow indeed is a brilliant album, one of the best from the 90s from the limited number of 90s albums I have heard anyway

Actually it somewhat reminds me of Rage for order, but with an updated feel/sound to it.
