hi I'm looking for an album by any band or musician that is reminiscent to mainly the folk parts on Opeth's Morningrise. As for instrumentation I'm thinking of nice layered acoustic guitars, bass, and drums, maybe a flute or voilin if it works. Think Morningrise, Ulver's second album and the instrumental track on Kalmah's "The Black Waltz." Thanks for any help!

I have no idea, but I read Opeth and immediately thought of Farmakon.
But if you are talking about a band that uses purely acoustic instruments, and incorporates flutes, bells, piano, viola/in, etc. Then I would say Harmaa/or/Tenhi. And if that is the case then there is a whole slew of bands that can be brought up (Orplid, Of the Wand and the Moon, Forseti, Barditus, etc.)
