Hi there!

Here comes another contribution to the cover song contest. This is an Electro-/Synth version of "A Lesson in Evil" from the Nightingale album "The Breathing Shadow".
It's got a very funny ending, so we actually wanted to call it "A Lesson in Jazz"!

This song is performed by CLARET, a German band existing of me, Nico (voice, keys, progr.) and Markus (keys, guit, also known in this forum as "Unicorn" or the "Smilemaker's Apprentice"!).

Here's the download link: http://www.gothic-rock.de/Lesson_in_Evil.htm

Please let us know what you all think about the song!

By the way ... what is it to be won in this contest??

So long!

NICO

PS: Happy birthday Dan!

I think it's a hidden evil atmosphere in that jazz part. As Elvis sang: "The Devil in Disguise"!

By the way! I'm just downloading your version of Intermezzo! Sounds great! Maybe you could do the song together with Markus "Smilemaker's Apprentice" :)

Where do you come from? Canada? It's not THAT far away from Germany! ;)

Bye
