Cubase 6.0.3 Update out

finally the opacity events thing solved

i got it yesterday.

being able to see through and line up waveforms onto eachother gives me some new possibilities.

the opacity thing is just something that should have been there from 6.0

Where do I enable this opacity thing?

Preferences -> event display ->event handling opacity and also grid overlay intensity.

Just managed to get it. Schweet.

You shouldn't really need the opacity because the program automatically makes regions go semi-transparent when you slip, right? Might as well leave it looking pretty (well, kinda) the rest of the time.

Mine isn't transparent when slipping , just when dragging.

All working here, turns totally transparently the moment I click on it with command+option held down for slip. I still find it ridiculous, though, that I have to restart the program to view changes to the color scheme... we're in what, 2011 now, right? -_-

Are you sure you installed 6.03 and not 6.02 by mistake?
You're not using the "resize moves content" thing, but actually pressing ctrl+alt and dragging, right?

Also if you use the Euphonix stuff make sure you download the Eucon updater also or it wont work.

yeah, opacity is fully to the right (max)..it works when dragging, just not when slipping

It should be to the left (i.e. minimum opacity).

Interesting, on the Steinberg forum it is said that fully to the left disables it. But now it work, thanks.
